The granule-cellsoccur in especial pro-fusion in the vicinity Fig. blood-vessels, andseem to be intimatelyconnected with theformation of adiposetissue. In contrast to theselarger connective-tis-sue elements, irregu-larly round or ovoidsmaller cells are oftenpresent, which, fromtheir ability to changetheir position as well as form, are termed the wandering cells.
