The roll call showed the following present: W. J. Pilcher, W. A, Kowe, Joseph Deutsch- mann, of Kirkwood, Mo.; C. E, De- Wever, of Olivette, Mo.; W. J. Hem- breiker and A. C. Brown, Springfield, 111.; Ludwig Stapp, of Rock Island, 111.; James N. Cole, Peoria, 111., and J. J. Beneko, St. Louis. The only absentee was T. W. Ross, of Centralia, 111. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The secretary's an- nual report was held over for the general session. The chair called for reports of committees.
