Brig. Gen. Doug Lowrey briefs Soldiers and civilians about the objectives of the Mission and Installation Contracting Command’s 51C Master Gunner Course April 5 at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Using a combination classroom and online setting, the MICC MGC is a competition used to evaluate the technical expertise of the command’s contracting workforce and validates contracting professionals capable of deploying and operating independently, as part of contracting detachments, as well as part of mobile contracting teams. Lowrey is the MICC commanding general.
