A member from the 621st Air Mobility Group Tanker Airlift Control Element unloads an Australian C-130 April 18, 2003 at Tallil Air Base, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. The Australians are donating medical supplies to distribute to the Iraqi people.
