Flamborough Lighthouse, Yorkshire, England
Just north of Bridlington Flamborough Head is a rocky chalk headland offering picturesque coves and numerous sea caves. Beyond Flamborough this headland rises to over 400 ft at Bempton Cliffs, a famous seabird colony and the highest sea cliffs on the east coast of Britain. On the clifftops at Flamborough can be seen one of Britain's most imposing lighthouses.
