On and after that date, weather permitting, this modern steamer, of the Portland, and Machias line, will leave the Forest City at 11 oclock p. m., on Tuesdays and. Fridays, or after arrival of train leaving Boston Union Station p. m., for RocklandIsleboro, Castine, Deer Isle, Sedgwick, Brooklin, Southwest Harbor, Northeast Harbor,Bar Harbor, Millbridge, Jonesport and Machiasport; connecting that which is most beauti-ful and rare in Maine Coast Scenery and interest, with the ideal seaport city of Portlandand its many radiating lines of rail. At various advantageous points along-shore, branch lines of the Maine Central rail reachdown from the main line to meet this steamer; notably at Rockland on Penobscot Bay, andBar Harbor on the famous island of Mt. Desert. Every Maine Coast tourist-point may be reached by one or the other of these transpor-tation lines. The relations between the two are most cordial and tourists will find it to theiradvantage to see that their tickets read via the All Rail Line, east, or by its auxiliarySteamboat Line. Exchange is easily arranged if desired. These two routes of travel offer the shortest water route to the
