Navy Diver 1st Class Jeremy Sylvest is suited up with a KM-37 dive helmet to remove lift bags from the former Soviet submarine-turned-museum Juliett 484 that sank at her mooring point in about 30 feet of water from a nor'easter, which struck Providence in April of 2007.
