On August 6, 1746Wallack conveyed 165 acres of the above tract to Henry warrant for the same was issued from the land office to HenrySpengler, April 14, 1767, in which it was designated as Speng-lers Rest, and patented May 2, 1768. Henry Spengler devised this tract to his son John George, whoin 1779 devised it (then increased to 180 acres) to his sister Sus-anna.
