The forgotten flavor of apple pastry, a delicacy once found on the table of the Russian emperor, was recreated in Kolomna in 2008. The Museum of Forgotten Tastes transports its guests back to the 19th century, where they can have some tea and apple paste and listen to stories about Kolomna. This photo was taken outside the entrance/exit door. The signpost reads "Kolomna Pastila - Museum of Forgotten Tastes". The girl is part of the staff of the museum.
