STRALSUND GERMANY - October 2005: A wind power installation near the north-eastern city of Stralsund in the German state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Situated on Germany's Baltic coastline the northern state has invested heavily in new renewable energies. In 2005 wind turbines generated over 30% of the state's energy.
