Biloxi, MS, May 6, 2015 - Using a heavy equipment excavator, a construction worker from Oscar Renda Contracting prepares a road bed for the paving of new asphalt on 8th Street in Biloxi, MS. The restoration of Biloxi's water and sewer infrastructure (including the resurfacing of affected streets) is Mississippi's largest FEMA Public Assistance project related to the Hurricane Katrina recovery effort.
