A Mediopunto is a half-moon stained-glass coloured window in the Havana old town in Cuba. The Mediopunto are seen on some of the older buildings, mainly in the old town quarter. It is a Cuban tradition, created in the 18th century to protect the interiors from the glare of the tropical sun.
