CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (Oct. 22, 2013) Utilitiesman Constructionman Brandon A. Dwyer, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, is pinned with his recently earned Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist qualification insignia by Lt. Chester J. Wyckoff.
