Looking south south east over wheat field to Uffington Castle hillfort and White Horse hill figure on top of White Horse Hill. Bronze Age hill figure cut through turf, a chalk outline of a dragon-like horse, cult animal, tribal symbol, possibly the Celtic goddess Epona. Believed to be Iron Age till optical dating in 1995 proved it to be 3,000 years old.
