Sandbanks, in Dorset, is reputed to be the fourth most expensive place to live - in the world! - when costed per square foot. There are only around seventy seafront properties, with only a small proportion of those having the much sought-after direct access to Poole Harbour. Properties built only five years earlier have been torn down by new multi-millionaire owners, in order to built a new house on the plot with more square-footage. Residents include football-managers and bankers from around the world.
