So I made bricks; I levelled the earth; Itook its dimensions (?); I laid down its foundations upon amass of strong rock. This place, t*hroughout its whole extent, Ipaved with bricks in set order (?); fifty feet deep I prepared theground; and upon this substructure I laid the lower foimdationsof the temple of Anu and Vul. From its foundations to its roofI built it up bettor than it was before. I also built two loftytowers (?) in honor of their noble godships, and the holy place,a spacious hall, I consecrated
