In August 1947 RAF pilot-officer Browne visited Berlin and took a female companion on a sightseeing tour of the city. Here they are posed in front of the ruins of the Reichstag. The girl is unknown, possibly a waitress going by her apron. P/O Browne flew into Berlin Gatow on 12th August 1947 and flew out to RAF Bückeberg on 19th August 1947.

I have more photos from the RAF officer's visit o Berlin in August 1947.
