The tower of Oleviste Kirik (St Olaf's church), Tallinn which was used by the KGB as a radio tower and surveillance post fron 1944 until independence.
The tower of St Olaf's church, Tallinn which stands at 124 metres tall, and a prominent marker on the Talinn skyline; it has been used as an orientation point for seamen and as a site for radio transmissions by the KGB. The church now supports a Baptist congregation, and was originally built for Scandinavian merchants in the 13th century, being named after the Norwegian king, Olaf Haraldson.
