Spanish layer of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, former Judge Baltazar Grazon, delivers a statement outside the Ecuador Embassy where Assange has sought political asylum in London, Britain 19 August 2012. Garzon said Mr Assange instructed his lawyers to carry out 'a legal action' to protect 'the rights of Wikileaks [and] Julian himself'.Tension has increased between Britain and Ecuador since the Ecuadorean government granted Assange diplomatic asylum on 16 August.
