SASEBO, Japan (April 25, 2017) Matt Tessitor, operational stress control training facilitator with the 21st Century Sailor office speaks with Sailors in the ship’s classroom on board amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). Tessitor is part of a six-person team on board to provide training in stress control to Bonhomme Richard’s officers, chief petty officers and petty officers. Bonhomme Richard, forward-deployed to Sasebo, Japan, is serving forward to provide a rapid-response capability in the event of a regional contingency or natural disaster.
