Turkish dumplings, manti, steamed/boiled and served with cheese and mint


Turkish dumpling popular in most Turkic cuisines and also in Caucasian , Central Asian and Northwest Chinese cuisines, closely related to the east Asian mantou, baozi, and mandu and the Nepali momo. Turkish dumplings are either fried or steamed/boiled and either served with cheese and dry mint or with yoghurt, red pepper chunks fried in butter and mint sprinkled over.
