LANGKAWI, Malaysia (March 28, 2019) - Chief Information Systems Technician Steve Hoover, from Lompoc, Calif., attached to 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), wears a dinosaur costume while playing with a child at Rumah Nur Kasih Langkawi Orphanage during a community relations event. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
