NORFOLK, Va. (Dec. 6, 2016) Retired Capt. John Malfitano, program manager of Onward to Opportunity (O2O), center, conducts an O2O orientation session with a group of service members. O2O is a program created to train and connect transitioning service members and their spouses with hiring employers. The first iteration of O2O in the Hampton Roads area is scheduled to begin Jan. 17 on Naval Station Norfolk.
