He is a member of the Athenian and Clare-mont Country Clubs of Oakland, and the Transportation and Com-monwealth Clubs of San Francisco. Mr. Bell was married on January 16, 1880, to Catherine Wilson,daughter of A. J. C. and M. A. Wilson, who settled in Santa Barbarain the early days.
