Owen uses a radio to communicate with amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown’s (LSD 42) combat information center (CIC) during a sea and anchor detail. Germantown is assigned to the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and is currently underway in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
