TOKYO (June 16, 2018) -- Navy Capt. David Bretz, Mission Commander, Pacific Partnership 2018, addresses members of the press aboard the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) following the ship's arrival in Tokyo. Mercy is making port visits to Yokosuka and Tokyo to promote relationships between Navy Sailors and Japanese citizens through cultural exchange and bilateral training.
