CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – Qualified German physical training instructor Capt. oversees the flexed arm hang portion of the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge (GAFPB) qualification on July 10, 2018. The testing for the GAFPB must be administered by a qualified German physical training instructor. If earned, soldiers may wear the badge on their dress uniform.
