Recruits with India Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, perform Marine Corps Martial Arts Program techniques during Confidence Course I at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, March 19. Recruits practice MCMAP techniques throughout recruit training to prepare for the MCMAP test, which is a graduation requirement. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. India Company is scheduled to graduate May 25.
