Rotary Magnetic Machine. 47 The Rotary Magnetic Machine, and the Duo-dynamic Treatment of Diseases^. ^r~cCS= We gave a full description of the SavageRotary Magnetic Machine, represented in theabove engraving, in the last, or October, num-ber of this Journal, with its great superiorityover the old shocking-machines, or thosethat were made for giving shocks instead ofa continuous motion. Many physicians, whowere using the old machines, have becomeso well satisfied -of the great advantages ofthe Savage instrument as to lay aside theformer and purchase the latter. It was the great importance of having aninstrument as perfect as possible for magnet-izing, that induced us to direct the manufac-ture of the Savage Rotary Magnetic Ma-chines, in which no expense has been sparedto make them superior to all others; and thesale of more than 200 of them to physiciansduring the last six months, shows how muchthey are appreciated by those o
