Moscow, Russia, September 25, 2016: Annual Moscow International Marathon. Eddie Vega of Philippines calls himself Barefoot Bandito. It is said that to really understand someone, you need to walk a mile in their shoes. There are over 300 million children in the world who do not own shoes or adequate footwear, so the Barefoot Bandito is running marathons barefooted in their honor. He set two Guinness World Records in 2014. Both concern marathons. Help him to distribute shoes to those in need, please. Editorial use only. Credit: Alex's Pictures/Alamy Live News
