Environs l^ords Prayer, to the E. of the Church of the Greed, was originallyerected, in consequence of a sermon by Peter the Hermit, on the spotwhere, according to mediseval tradition, Christ taught his disciples theLords Prayer. The present huilding was erected in 1868 at the costof the Princess La Tour dAuvergne. In the vestibule are a leadensarcophagus, many fragments of marble, and other antiquities foundin the course of building. To the W. is the HaU of the Lords the passage round the handsome court are tablets inscribed withthe Lords Prayer in 32 different languages. On the S. side is thetomb of the princess, with a lifesize marble effigy.
