QUEBEC, CANADA: AN UNSUSPECTING mouse has fallen victim to a silent but deadly snowy owl assassin. Incredible pictures show the moment the snow owl spies its prey and then swoops in for the kill leaving no trace of the hunt. Other expertly captured pictures show the white and black feathered flyer engaged in a battle with a rival and killing time out on the snow-covered field. Canadian wildlife enthusiast Marc Latremouille (47) was able to photograph this majestic predator in Quebec, Canada using his experience in leading photography workshops.
