Our annual report is an important part of our work, and our discussions are important and interesting enough to be reported correctly, an impossibility' with a new stenographer each meeting. What we need is a stenographer who will be with us year after year, who will learn to know us, and learn to know the importance of a word missed in the middle of a discussion. We now pay over $200 a year for our report
