Chicago, Illinois, USA, 29th December, 1987 Chicago police officers remove the body of Helen Savage who was found buried under a concrete floor. She had been killed weeks earlier by Jose Montnez a handyman who worked in her building at 1726 N. Hermitage Ave. Montanez, who pleaded guilty to the murder had raped and strangled Savage and kept her body in his bed, sleeping next to it and eating next to it for several days before burying it in the basement.
