The motherof these children passed away September 9, 1883, and was laid torest beside her husband in Forest Home cemetery at Milwaukee. Horace Alonzo Jacques Upham was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin,on August 14, 1853, and was the youngest son of the late Hon. Don Upham, who is mentioned at length elsewhere in this volume. belongs to a generation of young men who have been called.
