Main Workshop, Södra Lokverkstadsship. SJ Vagnverkstad in Östersund in 1906. The first locomotive and wagon workshop in Östersund was put into operation in 1882. Extensions were made in 1892 and 1898. A major expansion was made and it was put into operation in 1906. Above all, it was the wagon workshop that became significantly larger through the latest expansion. The workshops were adjacent to the locomotive at the eastern end of the yard.
