DIEGO (Aug. 13, 2018) – Ensign Christopher Carr, from Annapolis, Md., assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105), is sprayed with oleoresin capsicum spray during security reaction force training. Dewey is in port making preparations for an upcoming underway.
