ATLANTIC OCEAN (March 9, 2017) – An AH-1W SuperCobra, assigned to Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 167 (HMLA-167), lands on the flight deck of amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7). The ship is underway conducting a series of qualifications and certifications as part of the basic phase of training in preparation for future operations and deployments.
