MIHAIL KOGĂLNICEANU, Romania — Army Soldier, Capt. David Zapatka, of the 928th Contracting Battalion, communicating with Dragos Tapu, CEO of WPM Cranes and Logistics SRL at Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base, Romania, Apr. 1, 2021. The battalion’s purpose of hosting Vendor Day was to tell vendors who they are, what they do, and inform them of how they can register and take advantage of contracting opportunities in order to build a better team, improve contracting ideas, and develop relationships in the community.
