Symptoms.—As the inflammation is usually chronic, symptoms arenot often marked until the weight of the fluid causes a dragging the swelling in the scrotum in front of the testicle is perhaps firstnoticed. The enlargement of the affected side of the scrotum continues O m and assumes a pear shape form.
