Army Col. Michael R. Kaloostian, 2d Theater Signal Brigade Commander, and Brig. Gen. Dietmar Mosmann, Deputy Commander, Bundeswehr Communication and Information Systems Command and CDR IT Troops, signed a Partnership Agreement during the 2021 Interoperability Cooperation Group event at USAG Wiesbaden June 8, 2021. The partnership agreement will increase both organizations’ operational readiness and professional excellence through close cooperation and continuous exchange of experience.
