If a Man hath fowed Seed upon his own Land, and any other Perfonfhould fpoil that Seed, in that Cafe, the Magiftrate mail chaftife that Perfon,and take a Fine from him, and caufe him to make good to the other the Seedfo CHAP. A Place that hath Eight Cofe in Length and Breadth, and on the Skirts ofwhich, on all the Four Sides, is a Ditch, and above the Ditch, on all the. FourSides, a Wall or Parapet, and on all the Four Sides of it are Bamboos, and onthe Eafl or North Side thereof a hollow or covered Way, fuch Place is calledNigber, or a City: In the fame Manner, if it hath Four Cofe in Length andBreadth, it is called Kheet, or a fmall City, and if it hath Two Cofe in Lengthand Breadth, it is called Gherbut, or a fmall City.
