Carver Hall is seen at the campus of Bloomsburg University. Bloomsburg University is one of the 14 members of Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education (PASSHE). On July 21, the PASSHE Board of Governors announced that it is entering the third phase of System Redesign. Chair of the Board of Governors Cindy Shapira said, “This innovative new phase of our System Redesign will expand opportunities for students to help them enroll, succeed, graduate, and enjoy rewarding careers in Pennsylvania while strengthening the universities for the future.”
