Sunny view, to Lower Campfield Market, semi-circular south end St Matthew's Sunday School (Gunn House), Duke Street, Manchester

The cast-iron and glass Lower Campfield Market Hall (centre background), an indoor market built in 1876 at Lower Byrom Street and a City Exhibition Hall for many years, became the Air and Space Hall of the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI), which opened in 1983. The apsidal, semi-circular south end of the former St Matthew's Sunday School stands left side of shot. St Matthew's Church (built in 1825) occupied a site between the later Lower and Upper Campfield Markets, on Liverpool Road. St Matthew's Church was demolished in 1951, but the Grade 2 Listed Sunday School, now offices known as Gunn House, survives. A view towards Liverpool Road from the Duke Street, Rice Street, Bridgewater Street crossroads.
