GULF OF ADEN (April 17, 2010) Singapore navy Rear Adm. Bernard Miranda, outgoing commander of Combined Task Force (CTF) 151, says goodbye to the crew of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Farragut (DDG 99). Farragut served as CTF-151 flagship during his tenure. CTF-151 is a multinational task force established to conduct counter-piracy operations in the Gulf of Aden.
