It is possible in practically every theatre to add interestingartistic touches with special lighting effects. An example of interestis to be found in the theatre illustrated in Figure 13, where the stepsleading up on each side of the stage are made of glass and illuminatedfrom below. The light is in colors and changes to correspond waththe changes in the general illumination of the interior.
