Col. Douglas Stouffer, 512th Airlift Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. David Melby, 512th AW command chief, present Emily Reppert, 512th Civil Engineer Squadron, with the Key Spouse of the year award at the wing’s Warrior Awards Feb. 4, 2023, at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The event was the first in-person function in two years, allowing Airmen to come together in celebration of their wingmen’s accomplishments.
