SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia (Nov. 2, 2016) - Navy Lt. Rachael Hayden, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, lifts a Royal Cambodian Navy sailor into a fireman’s carry during first responder training for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia, 2016. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the Navy, Marine Corps, and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
