A young man rides his bike in front of a wall tagged with gang graffiti where traditional Norteño musicians instruments rest in Tejalpa, Morelos, Mexico. The town of Tejalpa, founded in the sixteenth century, and recently swallowed up by the urban sprawl of the city of Cuernavaca, has experienced a growing crime problem due to the presence of the South Pacific drug cartel in the area. Recently, 14 year old, Edgar Jimenez Lugo, arrested and charged with murder and other offenses, was accused of being a hit man for the drug gang.
