Command Sgt. Maj. William Lewis, gives final remarks adressing the Soldiers in attendance for the relinquishment of responsibility ceremony Feb. 11., at Fort McCoy, Wis., the ceremony is a time honored tradition that symbolizes the transition of responsibility to the incoming command sergeant major. Lewis leaves his last command after completeting 36 years of hardwork and dedication to the Nation.
